2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup applesauce
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups chopped Granny Smith apples
2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
Combine all dry ingredients.
Mix oil, applesauce & eggs.
Combine the 2 mixtures. Add 2 cups chopped Granny Smith apples & 2 cups chopped nuts.
Mix until well-combined & pour in greased 12-cup bundt pan sprayed with Bakers Joy.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
